Dr Umesh Yadav is one of the best gynaecologist in Manesar if you are looking for a normal delivery. Pregnancy is the first step of a woman towards motherhood. Our Maternity Centres in Gurgaon are designed with an aim to provide mother and child a safe, conducive and infection free environment where she can bring her bundle of joy to this world in a joyful ambience. Dr Yadav is available for consultation in the morning from 10 am to 1 pm and from 6-7 pm in the evening. At our Hospitals and Maternity Centres you would get all the tests inhouse which are required during pregnancy. The most important test during pregnancy is an Ultrasound Examination and we provide the services of a female radiologist in case a TVS Ultrasound study needs to be done. A common allegation which the people have against the big hospitals is that they do unnecessary C-Sec Deliveries. We encourage Normal Delivery due to its advantages on the health of the mother in the years to come. Children born out of normal delivery tend to be healthier than their counterparts who are born through C-Sec Delivery as the mother recovers much quicker and is able to breastfeed and take care of the baby in a much better fashion. However some circumstances necessitate a C-Sec Delivery which is beyond the control of our gynaecologists.
M¨¢y ?¨¢nh b?cOur mother and child centres offer a very neat and clean ambience where the entire family would love to gather at this moment of happiness within the family.
Types of Normal Delivery
Spontaneous:M¨¢y ?¨¢nh b?c Labour Pains start on their own and the woman delivers the baby by pushing through the pelvis.
Assisted or Instrumental: when a pregnant female goes into labor with the use of drugs or techniques to induce labor and requires the use of special instruments to deliver the baby.
Induced: When Labour does not start on their own, drugs or manual techniques are used to initiate the Labour Pains.
The Gynaecologist will evaluate you in the labor and delivery area and once it is certain that you are indeed in labor, you will be admitted to the hospital. While you are in labor, your cervix dilates progressively and the gynaecologist at hospital will examine the vitals of the baby at regular intervals. Once the cervix is dilated to an optimal extent, the gynaecologist will ask you to push the baby out. Your pushing, along with the force of your contractions, will propel your baby through the birth canal.
As soon as your baby's head comes out, your doctor will suction amniotic fluid, blood, and mucus from his or her nose and mouth. You will continue to push to help deliver the baby's shoulders and body. Once your baby is delivered, your doctor clamps and cuts the umbilical cord. After that you will also deliver the placenta, the organ that nourished your baby inside the womb. Normal Delivery requires a lot of patience on part of the doctor and the mother but it is always the preferred mode of giving birth. C-Sec Delivery should not be the first choice for either the doctor or the mother.
In order to promote normal delivery we give a higher fee to the gynaecologists for doing normal delivery than what they get paid for a c-section delivery. The packages for normal and c-sec delivery have much lesser difference than many other hospitals. Since the hospital stay in a normal delivery is just 1-2 days and much less medicines and consumables are used it is always better for any hospital to promote normal delivery. The same holds true for the health of the mother in the years to come and also for the subsequent deliveries. If the first child is born through C-Section then the chances of a normal delivery in the subsequent pregnancies are also reduced. However if the mother or the baby have some problem which necessitates a C-Sec Delivery then our gyneacologist will not take a chance and would advise you to go for a C-Sec Delivery.
Each woman and every labor is different. The amount of time spent in each stage of delivery will vary. If this is your first pregnancy, labor and delivery usually lasts longer than the subsequent pregnancies. After giving birth, you will continue to experience contractions for a few days as your uterus returns to its pre-pregnancy size. You may notice contractions most while your baby is nursing. While you are in the hospital, the nurses at our Maternity Centre will help you with feeding and managing the baby. You will be discharged the next day after a normal delivery.
